Hilary Duff is sharing personal memories and behind-the-scenes details as she celebrates her return to music and touring after more than two decades.
During a recent video interview in Los Angeles, the singer discussed her Lucky Me Tour, her pre-show routines, and a memorable night with friends. Duff recalled a teenage prank involving canned tuna and sausages scattered across the lawn of a boy who had mistreated one of her friends.
The conversation also turned to her Small Rooms, Big Nerves shows earlier this year. Duff admitted feeling terrified before returning to the stage, particularly while dealing with illness during her Toronto performance.
Support from longtime fans helped rebuild her confidence. Their enthusiasm even encouraged her to perform The Math, a track from her 2003 album Metamorphosis.
Duff also described her backstage preparations, including vocal exercises, stretching, and a personal visualization technique she calls her pink bubble.
With her album Luck… or Something marking a major musical comeback, Duff’s Lucky Me Tour has now been extended into 2027.
